3. How do I order a custom piece?
Submit your request through our Custom Order form. After a brief consultation, we’ll provide a mock-up and quote. Production begins once approved.
4. What is the difference between acrylic and canvas prints?
Acrylic prints use photographic paper bonded with silicone glue, backed by white vinyl and sealed under 4.5mm laser-cut clear acrylic. Supported by an aluminum frame, they deliver high gloss, modern depth, and durability without the risk of glass breakage. Canvas prints offer a softer, classic finish with natural texture, stretched on wooden frames for a timeless look.
5. Are the acrylic and canvas prints ready to hang?
Yes. Every piece is delivered with pre-installed hanging hardware. Acrylics include a hidden aluminum support frame for a floating effect, while canvas prints are stretched and mounted on durable wooden frames.
6. What sizes are available?
Standard sizes range from 60cm x 40cm to 100cm x 150cm. Custom sizes can be created to meet your exact specifications.
7. How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard Acrylic and Canvas prints ship within 7–10 business days. Custom orders require 2–3 weeks from final design approval.
8. Do you ship internationally?
We currently deliver Australia-wide only. All domestic orders include free shipping, no matter the size or location within Australia.
9. How is the artwork packaged and delivered?
Each piece is professionally packed with protective materials to prevent damage. All works come with a tracking code.
10. Can I see a sample before purchasing?
We offer digital previews and mock-ups.
11. What is your return policy?
All sales are final due to the custom nature of the artwork. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours via info@mrandmrssmithphotography.com.au with your order number and a photo.
12. Do you offer wholesale or corporate packages?
Yes. We work with designers, hospitality groups, and businesses on volume orders and curated installations.
