Description
Santorini Serendipity: I flew half way around the world to my European adventures and after travelling for 4 weeks to 4 different countries I flew to Greece, my first stop ~ Santorini. I was walking the narrow streets of the beautiful Oia which is world famous for its sunsets. I had walked 23,000 steps that day and how bizarre was it to be walking past thousands of people, complete strangers, to suddenly hear a woman ask “Zac what are you doing here?”
Yes I coincidentally, I walked into a model who I had photographed in Australia at Miss World Australia who was travelling with her Mum, we had a chat and did a selfie, then I kept on to the majestic sunset and it’s magical colours which seem to dial through a kaleidoscope of colours before fading to starlight.
Even if you’ve never been to this Cyclades island in the Aegean Sea, you’d still recognise it immediately—its candy-coloured houses carved into cliffs, sapphire waters, and chalk-white buildings topped with cobalt-blue domes. Roam the peaceful black-sand beaches or wander the streets of a provincial village, enjoying the culinary Greek delights with olives and red wine being a must.
